In his latest single, "Down," pMad delves into the impact people can have on one's identity and self-esteem. 

The track's lyrics paint a powerful picture of the emotional turmoil that arises when others threaten one's sense of safety and self-worth.
 
It reminds us that the cycle of suffering will persist until we confront these issues and take action to protect ourselves.
 
But by recognising the preciousness of life and choosing to break free from this cycle, we can stop it from beginning each day again!

Paul Dillon is a solo artist called pMad based in Portumna, Co. Galway, Ireland and produces Goth, Post-Punk, Indie Rock music. 

With 'Down,' pMad hopes to empower listeners to break the cycle of suffering and reclaim their self-esteem and personal identity.
