The Goth band from Prague Cathedral in Flames are back with a new album titled "Count To Nine" it gas a hard act to follow after tracks like "Black Train" and "Hang Me High, Bury Me Deep" so can it be as good or better? We listen to find out.

CiF bring their signature very deep male vocals to the beautiful female vocals to the new album and it once again is proof that this band have what it takes to reach the top of the goth music ladder.

They have a brilliant traditional goth style that blends many of the original goth bands styles. The album features fantastic tracks like the opening track "Deep Grave" that is certainly a winner.

"Deep Grave" has great guitar riffs and a fantastic drum beat banging along at the speed of a car tearing down a motorway along with the incredible melody that is full of electricity bringing the track to life the vocals then lick in bringing that deep gothic feel plus the female vocals enhancing the track. Strings then come in giving that all over bleeding. This is a top track from the band.

Another track that stands out is "Steam Punk Queen" this time with the female vocals taking lead and killing it. There is a touch of Christian Death here and that's a good thing. The melody is just beautiful and simple yet obviously complex at the same time.

It is very hard to find any kind of fault with CiF music it's just masterful and well worth adding to your collection if you are in to any kind of Goth music.

CiF are proving they are amongst one of the best Gothic bands around.
