The melody builds on itself until it powers down on itself and starts its build-up again. The vocals have a kind of folk chant, but this is what makes this song so great that perfect blend of styles.
It does leave me very interested in hearing an entire album to see what the band come up with for the full range.

"Paradise Is Lost On You" is an anthemic rebuttal to the flawed notion that a person loving and living outside the traditional norms of society is somehow immoral or broken.
We will celebrate being alive and live as vibrantly as possible, regardless of what those who won't understand might think or say. Paradise is lost on them. In other words, the song brings the message of not giving up in the face of adversity

"Paradise Is Lost On You" ist eine hymne Widerlegung der fehlerhaften Vorstellung, dass eine Person, die die traditionellen Normen der Gesellschaft liebt und außerhalb der Gesellschaft lebt, irgendwie unmoralisch oder gebrochen ist.
Wir werden feiern, am Leben zu sein und so lebendig wie möglich zu leben, unabhängig davon, was diejenigen, die es nicht verstehen, denken oder sagen könnten. Das Paradies ist auf ihnen verloren. Mit anderen Worten, das Lied bringt die Botschaft, angesichts von Widrigkeiten nicht aufzugeben.
