Kamra is about to unleash its latest album on the world, and it is melodic black metal is just raw power that is unstoppable.


This is so different from what I previously heard from Black Metal bands, with its melodic and highly atmospheric melodies, haunting growls, and harrowing screams.


The powerful, fast-paced riffs are brilliant, and the slower but epic melodies are, to be honest stunning.


This is an excellent album for fans of the genre and many others, too, as it does not strictly follow the genre rules. Kamra is different, and that stands them apart from many others.


I got into this album as it showed me another side of the genre that was not what I expected. Listen loud and be prepared for a great experience.


Well done, Kamra, a genuinely great album.

RAW POWER

As a room's confining embrace, Kamra grabs and plunges you in a world of allegories, ruminations and imagery with their upcoming debut 'Cerebral Alchemy'. There is no shortage of uneasiness intertwined with familiarity through sounds of those who came before and left their whispers for this five-piece to interpret in a disturbing, brutal, unnerving, beautiful and even caring way.
 
There is a black metal atmosphere with a kick of old-school death metal, while the vocals leave one questioning the genres. As such Kamra is still veiled and secretive, as it is not exactly known who the members are. What is known is that Kamra resides in Slovenia and has released their EP 'Conversing with Ghosts' as a two-piece. Presently, they consist of five people who strive to create a bond between chaos and sound. The concoction that was prepared in the past year is now visually presented by Jeff Christensen and ready to be unveiled.

'Cerebral Alchemy' is bound to leave you questioning and repeating the insanities.
Als einschränkende Umarmung eines Raumes packt und taucht Kamra Sie mit ihrem kommenden Debüt "Cerebral Alchemy" in eine Welt der Allegorien, Wiederkäuer und Bilder ein. Es gibt keinen Mangel an Unbehagen, verflochten mit Vertrautheit durch Klänge derjenigen, die vorher kamen und ihr Flüstern für dieses Fünfteiler hinterließen, um es auf beunruhigende, brutale, nervenaufreibende, schöne und sogar fürsorgliche Weise zu interpretieren.
 
Es gibt eine Black-Metal-Atmosphäre mit einem Kick von Old-School-Death-Metal, während der Gesang die Genres in Frage stellt. Als solche ist Kamra immer noch verschleiert und geheimnisvoll, da nicht genau bekannt ist, wer die Mitglieder sind. Bekannt ist, dass Kamra in Slowenien lebt und ihre EP "Conversing with Ghosts" als Zweiteiler veröffentlicht hat.
