The fast drumming to the fantastic guitar riffs with the added growling vocals is beautifully in time to make the whole thing come together as a tremendous symphony of sound.
It flows and ebbs perfectly, not faltering at any point. This is such a perfect track, and I am pretty confident it will do well with many fans of different musical tastes due to my pure skill in writing and composing this track.

Comöposer Juho from Frosttide comments on the song: "The first spark for "Warrior" came probably around 2017 jamming with a nylon string acoustic guitar. I came up with this haunting melody with the bass note stationary creating a dissonance. I felt like this could become something and I immediately picked up my phone to record it.
The song starts with that simple idea and after a short build up by the raw band instruments, the full orchestra kicks in and takes the original melody to a whole new level. From an arranging point of view we made sure that all the instruments shine through when needed. With a couple of calm breathers in between, we can go full throttle with the orchestra at times and really make the room tremble. It is slow in tempo, beautiful and calm as much as it's haunting, yet heavy as an anvil."
And adds: "The lyrics are part of a bigger concept, yet they work individually telling a story (to put it simple) about realization. Maybe someday, with or without war, we find our identity. For this character, it took years of battles in wars before realizing none of the battles were their's to win or lose, yet to fight. In the end, we are alone with everything we have around us."
Frosttide are a melodic/folk metal band from Finland formed back in 2009. The band won the "Year’s underground act 2011" award at the Finnish Metal Awards.
Komponist Juho von Frosttide kommentiert den Song: "Der erste Funke für "Warrior" kam wahrscheinlich um 2017 mit einer Nylonsaiten-Akustikgitarre. Ich habe mir diese eindringliche Melodie ausgedacht, bei der die Bassnote stationär ist und eine Dissonanz erzeugt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass dies etwas werden könnte, und ich nahm sofort mein Telefon, um es aufzunehmen.
Der Song beginnt mit dieser einfachen Idee und nach einem kurzen Aufbau durch die rohen Bandinstrumente tritt das gesamte Orchester ein und hebt die ursprüngliche Melodie auf eine ganz neue Ebene. Aus einer übersichtlichen Sicht haben wir dafür gesorgt, dass alle Instrumente bei Bedarf durchscheinen. Mit ein paar ruhigen Verschnaufpausen dazwischen können wir manchmal Vollgas mit dem Orchester geben und den Raum wirklich zum Zittern bringen. Es ist langsam im Tempo, schön und ruhig, so sehr es eindringlich ist, aber schwer wie ein Amboss."
Und fügt hinzu: "Die Texte sind Teil eines größeren Konzepts, aber sie arbeiten einzeln daran, eine Geschichte (um es einfach zu sagen) über die Realisierung zu erzählen. Vielleicht finden wir eines Tages, mit oder ohne Krieg, unsere Identität. Für diesen Charakter dauerte es Jahre der Schlachten in Kriegen, bevor erkannt wurde, dass keine der Schlachten ihnen gehörte, um zu gewinnen oder zu verlieren, noch zu kämpfen. Am Ende sind wir allein mit allem, was wir um uns herum haben."
