Die Goth-Rockband The Waning Moon hat gerade ihr Debütalbum A Dream Or A Vision vorgestellt.
The Waning Moon is an international collaboration of Ariel Maniki (Costa Rica) of Ariel Maniki and the Black Halos, and Zac Campbell (USA) of The Kentucky Vampires. Ariel commands vocals, Lyrics, additional guitars, programing, keys, and live rhythm guitars; while Zac controls guitars, drums, programing, keys, bass guitar, and live guitars. Live shows include support from Ian Joseph on live bass, and Maggie Campbell on live keyboards.
A Dream or a Vision, the band’s debut full length album released through Danse Macabre Records is 10 tracks of pure goth rock from start to finish.
Reminiscent of the likes of Nosferatu, Christian Death, The Mission, Suspiria, and other similar names in the gothic rock scene – all while maintaining the bands own modern and unique sound. Hammering drums, driving bass, beautifully layered guitars, ethereal and emotional keyboards and synths, and haunted vocals give the album a distinct and dark sound.
