This agreement between Darker Side Of Music (“DSOM”) and [REPRESENTATIVE] on behalf of, [NAME OF ARTIST/BAND](the “Artist”), represents a binding contract, effective as of the date of this agreement, governing the terms and conditions under which DSOM shall have the non-exclusive right to broadcast or stream the Artist’s musical recordings, in whole or in part, on DSOM Radio.

1. The Artist hereby grants to DSOM a non-exclusive right to broadcast or stream the Artist’s musical recordings, in whole or in part, on DSOM Radio for any and all purposes without limitation in perpetuity, throughout the world.

2. Neither DSOM nor any third party shall have any financial obligation to the Artist as a result of this Agreement. The Artist will not be entitled to any type of royalty or compensation from DSOM or any third party for the exercise of the rights granted hereunder.

3. DSOM shall have no rights nor authority to enter into any contract or agreement of any kind with respect to the Artist’s authorship, use, copyright or other legal rights nor enable another to do so without first obtaining written confirmation from the Artist.

4. This Agreement is personal and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.

The parties agree to execute such further documents and take such further action as may be necessary to effectuate this Agreement in a timely and proper manner.

In Witness Whereof, both parties have duly executed this Agreement.

By signing below, each party acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
