We all have days with ups and downs and sometime things come along to pick you up this was one of those days.

Metaphorically speaking this dropped on my studio desk.  It is the new single from Solid State Sunlight called “Failsafe”.  The impactful beginning with its deep crisp synth beats and sounds are emitting such hard powerful tones that take what I can only describe “Herbie Hancock – Rocket” style to a n impressive industrial level with the aggressive sounding vocals.

This is a fantastic track as you expect one thing but get another (those of us of a certain age lol).

I have to say I am very impressed with this track it really is a track that I will listen to many times.

I also think that this track can stand the test of time and bridge generations of electronic and industrial music.

A cracking track that does not fail to impress.

I am looking forward to hearing more from this band.
