Marc Massive and the Band Massive Ego are back with a fantastic new album “Symphony of Flies”, as always a fantastic musical journey.  The album features the single “Broken Tomorrow” that features the legend Boy George.

So Ill start with that track, ‘Broken Tomorrow’ is great track that is sure to fill once floors and not just dark wave ones due to its incredible melody and blend of Marcs deep vocal tones and Boy Georges unmistakable vocals.  The beat is very Massive Ego so that is not lost here it’s written by Boy George and it addresses a real heartfelt subject that many can relate to.
It is catchy and incredibly infectious.  The beats will have you moving to the rhythm.

Lyrics like this are so raw and brilliant “I told you I was leaving / You tried to call my bluff… What a great suggestion / But I prefer to be alone.”

Track One: “In My Own Darkness” is one of my personal favourites a song that has a chorus that is so addictive but still so incredibly beautiful at the same time.

It resonates with me after being going through tough times myself this just hit home and Marcs lyrics here just struck a chord with me.  A fight back song that just works so well.

The whole album is just a masterpiece of Massive Ego talent.

If you love easy to listen to but very from the heart lyrics behind it all then this is the dark wave album for you and its a great place to experience everything Massive Ego have to offer.

Dont be fooled by the Darkwave label either this will appeal to far more than a few Darkwave fans I is is a great album for any music lover.

So please give it a go and the guys of Massive Ego are all great guys so deserve a listen for all their hard work and contribution to the music scene.
